Robert Role And Responsibilities

Robert’s Role

Robert is the growth front end of Agency MIOSA.

Working title:

Co-Founder + Head of Growth

Simpler external wording when needed:

Partner

Robert’s job is not to explain every technical detail.

Robert’s job is to create trust, move the market, start conversations, qualify buyers, and bring the right opportunities into the Agency MIOSA system.

Robert should be able to speak clearly about the bigger direction:

Agency MIOSA is not only running ads. We are helping businesses build the operating system behind their growth.

He does not need to demo every technical part of BusinessOS.

He does need to make owners feel the pain of operating from scattered tools, unclear ownership, weak follow-up, and no command center.

Robert Owns

Robert owns:

Robert also owns helping buyers understand why the deeper build matters:

Robert Does Not Own

Robert does not own:

If a prospect asks for something technical, custom, or delivery-heavy, Robert should not improvise.

He should say:

That is exactly the kind of thing we map before we promise it. Roberto handles the backend architecture, and we would scope that properly before giving you a final answer.

If the client asks about BusinessOS or the platform, Robert should keep it simple:

We use our own operating-system approach to map your business, connect the tools, organize the workflows, and build the command center your team can actually run from. Roberto handles the technical architecture; my job is to make sure we understand the business problem first.

Robert’s Main Weekly Responsibilities

Every week, Robert should be responsible for:

  1. creating or approving buyer-facing content,
  2. pushing the Solutions Call CTA,
  3. following up with warm leads,
  4. keeping the Agency MIOSA page active,
  5. reviewing ads and buyer-facing messaging,
  6. reporting what prospects are saying,
  7. telling Roberto what is confusing buyers,
  8. keeping client relationships warm,
  9. helping identify proof we can safely use,
  10. and making sure no qualified lead sits untouched.

Robert’s Content Role

Robert should not become an AI tutorial account.

The content should make buyers think:

This guy understands business, standards, execution, and where companies break.

Robert’s content lanes:

The business bridge is Agency MIOSA.

The personal trust bridge is Robert’s standards.

Robert’s Sales Role

Robert should sell the conversation, not over-explain the architecture.

Primary CTA:

Book a Solutions Call.

Primary offer language:

Growth System Audit / Phase 1 Rebuild.

Robert’s job on calls:

When Robert Pulls Roberto In

Robert should pull Roberto in when the conversation touches:

Robert’s Current Priority

Robert’s current priority is not to rush blindly.

It is to understand the company clearly enough to move confidently.

This means:

Robert’s Rule

Robert can move fast on growth.

Robert should not move fast on promises that create backend delivery risk.
