Roberto And Agency
Responsibilities
Roberto’s Role
Roberto owns the systems backend of Agency MIOSA.
Robert creates trust and movement in the market.
Roberto protects the architecture, offer, scope, delivery model, and
backend truth.
Roberto Owns
Roberto owns:
- offer architecture,
- company positioning accuracy,
- backend systems strategy,
- AI / automation / CRM architecture,
- funnel logic,
- technical feasibility,
- delivery model,
- proposal structure,
- pricing structure,
- hard negotiation backup,
- internal operating system,
- BusinessOS / operating workspace architecture,
- tool integration strategy,
- command-center build strategy,
- agent/system workflow,
- and the source-of-truth docs.
Roberto
Does Not Need To Own Every Small Front-End Action
Roberto should not be the bottleneck for:
- every post,
- every follow-up,
- every DM,
- every simple buyer question,
- every content idea,
- every calendar reminder,
- every low-risk growth action.
That is why the operating docs exist.
Robert should have enough written clarity to act without needing
Roberto to re-explain the company every day.
Agency MIOSA
Responsibilities
Agency MIOSA as a company must own:
- what we sell,
- who we sell to,
- how the offer is explained,
- how leads come in,
- how calls get booked,
- how follow-up happens,
- how proposals are sent,
- how clients are onboarded,
- how delivery is managed,
- how proof is captured,
- how reporting happens,
- how tools are accessed,
- how client operating workspaces are designed,
- how client systems integrate with existing tools,
- how fulfillment capacity grows with sales,
- and how decisions are logged.
Delivery Responsibilities
Once a deal is sold, the delivery lane must be able to handle:
- onboarding,
- source collection,
- CRM review,
- funnel review,
- tracking review,
- workflow mapping,
- rebuild plan,
- implementation,
- closeout walkthrough,
- reporting,
- workspace / command-center buildout where scoped,
- integration planning,
- fulfillment-team assignment,
- and Phase 2 transition.
Growth Responsibilities
The growth lane must own:
- content,
- ads,
- website,
- landing pages,
- DM triggers,
- calendar booking,
- lead follow-up,
- email follow-up,
- booked-call quality,
- and sales pipeline movement.
Robert leads this lane.
Roberto supports positioning, architecture, and scope accuracy.
Operations Responsibilities
Operations must own:
- weekly agenda,
- open decisions,
- task ownership,
- tool stack,
- account access,
- CRM hygiene,
- internal reporting,
- client status,
- finance visibility,
- and what is blocked.
If operations are unclear, Robert will feel like he is waiting and
Roberto will become the bottleneck.
BusinessOS /
Operating Build Responsibilities
The larger MIOSA opportunity is not only fulfillment for ads and
funnels.
The larger opportunity is building business operating systems for
clients.
This means Agency MIOSA may sell and deliver:
- command centers,
- client workspaces,
- CRM and pipeline structure,
- project and delivery workflows,
- internal knowledge bases,
- reporting systems,
- automated follow-up,
- AI-supported workflows,
- and integrations with the client’s existing tools.
Roberto owns the architecture and feasibility of those builds.
Robert helps create the demand by explaining the business pain in
plain language:
Your business is scattered across tools, messages, spreadsheets, and
memory. We help organize the operating system behind your growth.
The team is being grown so Agency MIOSA can fulfill this without
selling beyond capacity.
Proof Responsibilities
Agency MIOSA must be careful with proof.
BetterStem is useful proof, but it must be used honestly.
Safe themes:
- CPL improvement,
- backend leaks,
- CRM/follow-up rebuild,
- growth system foundation,
- lead handling,
- better system before more traffic.
Avoid:
- saying everything is complete if it is not,
- making unverified revenue claims,
- exposing private client frustration,
- promising the same result to every client,
- making AI sound like the whole reason.
Company Rule
Robert can own the front-end growth motion.
Roberto owns backend truth and scope control.
Agency MIOSA works only if those two lanes stay connected.
